CMR 30 recoil pad. Yesd I know ,it does not need one for recoil management.However I would like some rubber on the plastic buttplate, to keep it from sliding.It seems to me that the ubiquitous mouse pad just might be the answer, so what adheavisive need I look for.I know these newfangled POLYEMERES are rite picky as to what will work.TIA Doug.

With the slide off and the recoil guide and buffer and barrel block and barrel removed, turn the slide over and remove the 4 hex screws holding the rear sight on the rail. Be careful when you pry the nylon cover off the slide that you don't lose the tiny spring.
